Luxe House is a vacation home for wealthy sims - it costs just under 150 000.

This is the front of the house, although it is designed to be played (and looked at) from the back. The house is on a hill above the harbour, with views over almost the whole township.

It's a wide block, so it is hard to get everything into one picture. Infinity pool and hot tub:

There are two double bedrooms, open-plan living area, study and of course a lot of terrace. And a lot of lawn. Rich people have gardeners for that, though, right?

The outside of the house is based off residences at Sugar Beach in the Caribbean. So much white! Not my personal preference, but it is a definite look.
