Next to the Jungle Camp is the official entry to Angelique's Nature Reserve, which covers much of mountainside.

There is a ranger station, with radio equipment in case of emergency. The rangers also run information sessions on local wildlife, and interactive tours where sims can experience elements of traditional culture such as cooking indigenous foods over a fire, dancing and making pottery. There are some good rock art examples here too, just a short walk into the jungle.

On the right side of the Reserve is a stream, bringing water down from the mountain. The terrain is quite steep, but there are walking trails to a fishing spot, a swimming hole and to the lookout which gives views over the whole area.
