This hair has already been converted to Sims 2, but the person who converted it removed the two top pigtails which turned it from Yotsuba's hair into "generic toddler hair". So I reconverted it the way it was meant to be.
PF-EF, 6k poly, comes in Afterglow naturals and a green unnatural.
