Tonight, I bring to you 190 Sim Lane. This home is perfect for your growing sim families. This home is the perfect upgrade home from an apartment to a beautiful 2-story home with lots of character and charm. The front displays awesome pavers designed to make the front of the home welcoming and appealing. This home features a gorgeous bay window in the dining area with a Rhenish helm roof. The back patio features a lattice wall providing a trellis for plant growth to add even more character to the exterior of the home. As always, the interior is modestly decorated for those simmers in a pinch who don't want to spend gaming time furnishing their homes while still providing the opportunity to alter and add a touch of their own tastes. Enjoy :)
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.
