If you notice a little theme here, then you are very good at spotting things. I am refining the Victorian theme here and making sure all the historic properties have the same blue roofing. I want that area to look uniform. I want it to look like all these buildings were designed by the same architect. I will modernize the dorms a little bit as they came in later, but the main School related building will maintain this blue roof Victorian style.
