I saw Platinumaspiration lowered the polycount on this 4t2 hair and immediately had to have it. sunshine system by Vidcunds/PolygonBeach.

Anyways, - CM-EM - 15k polys for the mesh - textures are available as separate packages or all one inside the rar file.
