Good evening. Tonight I bring to you 225 Main Street. I made this one a small humble home with a little pond and "tree swing" I furnished it modestly and just kept this one basic and simple. This home is perfect for a small family of three who is just starting out and need affordable housing.
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.
