A note about the first house: 1, it comes with default Maxis walls/floors in the interior, and 2, the pictures were taken after I had moved sims into it, hence the open door on the first floor - it was packaged prior to this. All houses come with neccessary CC and have not been previously moved into. Built with the Ultimate Collection.
