Good evening. Tonight, I bring to you 170 Sim Lane. This home is great for a growing family having 3 bedrooms and a nursery. There is a master bath in the bedroom and a regular bathroom off the dining area. The home has an open concept merging the kitchen. living room and dining room together. I furnished it sparsely to provide an idea of the layout and the rooms. feel free to design it to your heart's content. Have a great weekend all. I have an a**load of files to rename to maintain my games loading speed. There are just so many things I love out there and they are hard to part with.
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.
