This is an apartment complex for you rich and ritzy sims. it features outdoor activities such as basketball, soccer The pond should be fishable as they are supposed to be. Every apartment has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, a dining area, kitchen and living room. The top floor has a recreational area for adults featuring a pool table, bar, card table, dartboard, piano, stereo for dancing and there are also arcade games too. This lot makes for a great place to take care of all your sim's needs.

As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
