like one vert on the cape is rigged to ... SOMETHING on the arm but it would not show up in blender so you gotta deal with it i guess

• BGC, new mesh (ripped from pokemon masters)
• includes hair (NOT hat compatible i didnt even wanna try orz) and outfit in 2 colors (normal and EX)
• custom thumbnails + disabled for random
