Wallpapers from Carrie Bradshaw's Apartment

There are a lot of swoon-worthy things in "And Just Like That", and the gorgeous wallpapers are no exception! I usually create recolorable patterns which can be applied to walls if desired. But that is not always the best option, especially if the repeat of the design is not square but rectangular. So I took a chance to foray into the world of walls! The fun begins with the design of the baseboard and crown and continues with endless possibilities for the dado paneling. The look with high baseboards and dado options was severely lacking in the Sims 3, so I am taking it upon myself to rectify this. I am still in the process of designing different dado variants, this is a lot of fun! The designs themselves are pretty true to the real wallpapers, though some have different color schemes or are a bit cropped. For the designs themselves, I chose designs from Carrie Bradshaw's apartment, namely Sarah Jessica Parker's Townhouse design, featuring big carnations; the stunning Garden of Eden mural by Aux Aubris; Katie Ridder's Oiseau, featuring line drawings of birds; and finally Grove, with its geometric leaves, by Phillip Jeffries.I made sure that every design is properly recolorable. This allows for great versatility, especially when paired with abstract textured patterns. I will also include a plain wall on which any pattern can be applied 😀
