Quoting myself on my Tumblr: "The wishes to make sculptures of others that Sims get at level 6 of the Sculpting skill quickly clog up the dream manager, and who wants that? Not me, certainly. So here’s a mod that removes them.

This requires Ambitions, and was made on the 1.69 patch (though I think it should work on earlier ones). (A warning: the wishes don’t disappear immediately in whatever household you last played [because the dream manager needs to reset], but either switching households or restarting the wishes manually via Debug Enabler fixes that problem.)"
