This item is a new mesh. It is available in the Surfaces -> Misc section, and is 945 polys on a two tile footprint.

It has 3 slots, as seen above, (plant and light are on the left footprint, decor ship is on the right) The wicker basket is part of the mesh.

This mesh comes in 6 colors. The blond wood above is the mesh. It also comes in black, white, mahogany (reddish wood), oak(yellowish wood), and walnut(medium brown wood). Previews of each recolor in rar file.

It also fits perfectly with the Pop-a-squat Bed OMSP (MTS link) if you want a sim to be able to sit on the bench as well (shown in last photo.)
