Good evening. I was going to play tonight, but I did not like how this property looks and I could not find a download I liked enough. I saw a version I really liked but sadly it is only a picture of it, and it was never uploaded. Anyway because of that here we have my version of this lot. I wish there was more game content to build with so I can keep building CC Free. I will just keep trying to be creative with it. There are so many cool looking modern homes I wanted to try and add to my sims game but the constraints in non-CC building materials can be a little annoying. OK I am done complaining.
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.
