Good evening. Tonight, I bring to Pinenut Plaza Dorms. Another addition to the Sim State University properties. There are 8 dorms, several recreational areas and a kitchen that will serve your students their 3 squares a day.
As always, my lots are very modestly furnished, feel free to add or remove whatever you like.
Always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. This lot is CC free. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.
