Sim State University Catalog: Dormitory (9 Rooms)

When I did this rebuild, I thought about building a dormitory that would live up to today's standards. This Dormitory is made with recycled materials and is also fire protected with a working sprinkler system.

Here is the campus gym. I just did a little tweaking to make it look better as some of thing things were not available when the University pack came out.
