Good evening. Tonight, I bring to you 30 Lakeside Drive. This is my last Pleasantview property. This little modern style home has a little splash of art deco on the exterior with your traditional simple, modern look. This is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that is perfect for your single or childless couple sims.
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.

This is Don Lothario's house. It sits on a 30x30 lot. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a pool. This home entertains a rooftop hang out area to gaze at the stars. Perfect bachelor pad.

This is the Dreamer home. This house sits on a 40x30 lot. I maintained most of the interior layout as it is part of the dreamer's style. This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a pond and tranquil seating.
