Good evening, here is 40 Woodland drive. This one is business in the front and party in the back. There are all kinds of things going on here. We have a cute basic facade and in the back yard you kind of have an idea of the kinds of hobbies the house inhabitant might have. This is a 70's style trailer home that still has some game even after its glory days.
As always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
This home is furnished, move-in ready and CC free. I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.
