Originally created for GOS' "September Sim Challenge", Phoebe was "Anopsia", tunnel-vision.
Her features were initially just designed to give the impression of narrowed vision, with a tendency to look worried. Then her face started taking on the likeness of a face type I'm very familiar with, so I stole some pieces of that. And some pieces of that person's character. And it was fun. The end. Man, that was a while ago.
Phoebe (As she lives in my world):
Phoebe wastes some of her time playing MMORPGs. She hates herself for that.
She often says that the only thing that motivates her is self-loathing. If she get's angry enough, she says, she can get things done.
Once, she tried to memorize a book of quotes, so she'd have something to say at parties.
She hates communism. With a fiery burning passion. And she'll monologue about it if you bring it up.
Phoebe babysits the neighbor kids for free. Cops and robbers is like LLARPing for kids!

Low self-esteem: Phoebe starts to struggle with life the second she starts getting down on herself. She may not complete any wants that are worth more than 250 aspiration points when she's in green aspiration or lower.
Note: Maxis hair pictured is probably not the one she's packaged in. I think it's that short one that hangs in front of the face...
