Juliana provided the .sims3pack version of Pyramid Head, which comes with this content included: Sim + skin + accessories (sword, mask); naked AM top; long skirt for males by TJStreak; shorts by Juliana.
I have provided .package versions of all of the above.
Install one of the two versions (either the .packages or the .sims3pack).
