This is pretty much a conversion of my Sims 3 Reshade, with the same name. So you can get all the details over here, including the keyboard shortcuts to control it, and how to install it. Check out how I put it to use here.
You’ll need Reshade 2.0, and I also highly suggest having some kinda lighting mod installed to complete the mood.
