Override - Moar bags for heads

Was disappointed to see that yet again the kids got all the cute textures, so here’s a quick override I threw together, that adds all the child and toddler textures to the adult ones.
- Will conflict with any other overrides for this specific hat.
- Requires ECO LIFESTYLE.
