Tri-Fruhm Sorority House Redux
The original was okay, but ya know… a house full of CC is better. It is mostly only ATS3 CC though, so if you hoard all of their content like me, you’ll only need a few other pieces to use this, which you can find here. Everything else is decrapped store content, as usual.
Sleeps six, two per room, has a study, game room, second story game room, living room, dining room, kitchen, two complete bathrooms, and basement with laundry room and a dance studio. The pool is pretty big, perfect for inviting over lots of friends, and the garage houses two cars, at the end of a long driveway that can store more.
I have all the EP’s and SP’s installed, but I think it uses mostly University, Seasons, and Island Paradise content. Some of the plants outside are from one of createaworldblog’s worlds, sadly, can’t remember which. Lastly, the letters up front aren’t included. They were a personal conversion I can’t share due to the creator’s TOU.
To install, put it in your Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library folder.
