NEYSA’S IVY COTTAGE
This is Neysa’s new house unfurnished.
Sorry I didn’t take any floor plan pics, but it’s essentially a 2 bedroom, 1 and a ½ bathroom home with a sunroom. Plenty of backyard space, and a fully landscaped front lawn.
Lot size is 30x35.
STORE/EP/SP CONTENT
I have every EP and SP, but I believe all you’ll need is University for the windows and doors, Supernatural for the gutter downpipes, and Island Paradise for the roof. The only store content should be a couple ceiling lights inside, the two lights outside, and the interior doors. My store content is decrapped.
