Save File - Sim State DB Files

My Sim State University DB files. I did use custom content the majority of it is ATS3′s content, Mutske’s plants, and some of Darasim’s content, so if you’ve already got some of these in your game, you’ll mostly be good. I also have all EP’s and SP’s, and use decrapped .package store content, so keep this in mind. Pretty much everything but the residential lots have been redone. The major community lots, uni lots, one of the dorms, and the Sorority and Fraternity house have all been redone.
To install, just unzip and move the files inside of the folder of the save you’d like it use it in.
