Like requested, here’s Rain. She’s artsy, and a bit shy, and a lot socially awkward, but won’t let that stop her when making friends for life.

The crossed out items are by Tifasims, who seems to have either deleted all their content on their site, or placed it under private. I DO NOT have backups sadly, but if you’ve downloaded CC for my other sims, they should be the same.
Lyralei: Maybe not the best idea to do this mid-way description, but I have been busy uploading Tifa's stuff, so maybe you can find some of this sim's CC here!
HOW TO INSTALL
Put everything under the custom content section into your Mods/Packages folder, along with anything I’ve included in the custom content folder of the download below. Lastly, put the .sim file into your SavedSims folder.

Use as you like, just don’t go claiming as your own.
