This is the little modern house I previewed in my last post. I improvised it while taking a break from a farmhouse I was working on. I think it’s pretty decent, maybe not my best, but looks pretty good. I really like how the decor turned out on the main floor — kind of a retro feel. I was a little less inspired with the bedrooms. Heh, sorry about that. I also wish I had more plant varieties to go with the paving stones, so feel free to get a little more creative with the landscaping.
It’s fully furnished and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and an attached garage (via constrainfloorelevation cheat).
