[SWTOR conversion] Vaylin’s KOTET top

A semi-conversion of Vaylin’s top from SWTOR. SWTOR textures on a slightly modified TS4 tank top mesh.
I first made it for my Vaylin sim back when I shared her some years ago. The top was included with the sim and had one swatch. But I decided to recolor it and post it as its own thing, and then I made the preview and then forgot about it for months.
