Pooklet’s Heart Swells freckles - 2t3

"I made these, they are simple conversions of Pooklet’s Heart Swells freckles, which were my favourites for TS2. They can work as blush or as costume make up. I could convert these to topical details, just as the original game freckles, if someone wants them, I just find these more versatile, as they can be recolored to suit your tastes. They work for all categories and have one recolorable channel only.
