Default Replacements - BV Tropical Island Rescaled + Lifted

Information:
- Default Replacement for the tropical island neighborhood decoration that came with TS2: Bon Voyage.
- Requires TS2: Bon Voyage.
From the original description:
So i created a holiday resort, using the Tikki neighborhood. I saw there was a Tropical Island that came with BV EP but i couldn't place it in the Tikki Neighborhood, except next to the beach. And i want a tropical island in the middle of the water
So i lifted the island and scaled it twice as big. Also copied the palmtrees to have 4 instead of 2. You now have more options to place the island in the middle of the water.
Note, This is a default replacement for BV EP If you use this on other Neighborhoods it will be high up in the air I should have fixed the Cres file(skeleton)but this was easier
