This mod is intended to make CAS usable with ultrawidescreen resolutions. It was made with a 3440x1440 resolution in mind, but may work with bigger screen sizes as well.

Prerequisites: You need to install CleanUI, Pink UI or Starship UI first!

Installation:

1. put the CASCamera.txt into Documents>EA Games>Sims 2 Ultimate Collection>Cameras.

2. choose one of the three .package files (whichever one corresponds to your UI mod) and put it into your downloads folder.

3. delete the original CAS fix that came with your UI mod (named “cas-min-width-1920-additional-596px” or somethig along those lines), as my mod replaces it.

Two minor quirks of this mod:

• The camera mod is a little bit wonky, it will zoom in too far whenever the camera changes (e.g. changing from clothing to face). When that happens, simply zoom out a bit and it will “fix itself”.

• I was not able to extend the hitbox that lets you turn a sim. So, if you want to turn a sim around, you have to do it at their legs, the upper body won’t work.
