While Simblr.cc allows almost everything, it does have a couple of things that will result into your upload getting removed automatically (though, unmarked NSFW uploads, we'll mark as NSFW, rather than deleting it). Don't let this list scare you away though! As long as your stuff isn't illegal stuff, it's pretty much fine! Here are the following reasons:

What's not allowed?

• Offensive content:
  Racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, bigoted, hateful or otherwise offensive content will not be allowed.
• Generally Illegal things:
  Think: Sexualized children, Animal cruelty, child marriages, Beastiality, Intense gore (such as cannibalism, infanticide, items centered around mass shootings), anything that promotes rape, intense abuse or murder will not be allowed (however, see "Controversial stuff that is allowed").
• Controversial NSFW stuff:
  While NSFW is fine, the following is not: Necrophilia, Beastiality (werewolves on human action however is fine), Pedophilia, Rape.
• Nazi-related or confederate-flag items:
  Whether it is a joke painting, or a 'supporting' item, anything related to Nazi or confederate content will not be accepted.
• Stolen content:
  Just... don't steal and claim things as your own. It's a crappy thing to do.
• (EA-games only)Preorder bonus content:
  Certain items were only available if you preordered certain expansions or stuff packs from certain retailers. It's unfortunate if someone missed out on getting them, but they can't be redistributed here as EA has made it clear that they do not allow it.
• Pack/Store to Base game compatible:
  Despite the sweet intentions, EA doesn't allow for Pack items to be converted to base game items. For TS2 store items this is fine however, as the store doesn't exist anymore.
• Clickbait-y and false content:
  Content that displays to be one thing, but upon downloading it, is something completely different.
• Usage of S4CL Library:
  This includes any forked editions as well as the original.

Controversial stuff that is allowed:

• Certain physical fights content:
  Whether that is a pose packs where both characters are fighting, or only one character, or a makeup piece (think, a bruised eye, bloody face or scar) is fine. Anything that promotes beating someone to death (And potential gore-y outcome of it), is not. Imagery that displays a "mortal kombat" style of fighting, where people are ripped apart or losing limbs is not okay.
• Certain death content:
  As long as this is surrounding a theme of "funerals", posepacks that are surrounding a hospital death, a crime-scene pose pack where the image isn't showing terrible gore-y imagery of said crime (some bloody makeup is fine, but having part of a character's face missing is not).
• Religious items:
  Religious items, whether it be Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, satanism, are fine. Though, be aware that on these particular downloads, the comments always stir to a more negative vibe.
• Cultural items:
  Unfortunately, not all cultural items are being as accepted by certain people. While this ties in with Religious items a little, sometimes certain items can spark a debate between users whether the item is representing them well. Despite the research you may have done, this can still happen.
• Political Related Content:
  items that talk about the current more 'heated-debates' of this age (whether it be mouthmasks, abortions, LGBTQIA+ rights, etc), often get very heated debates. It's probably wise for certain mods, to use more softer meanings as this seems to help (such as a mod that lets you terminate pregnancies, to just call it 'cancel pregnancy', and making sure it's not too graphical). Though be aware that this doesn't necessarily protect you from any debates in your comment section.

Is this NSFW?:

While nipples, Genitalia, and sexual content is of course NSFW, some items are a bit vague as to what to tag as NSFW. Hopefully this list should help! This is so that we can keep part of the website PG-13, and also advertisement friendly!

Does need to be tagged:

• Visible Female Nipples and breasts
• Visible Genitalia & pubic hair (though, the point where it meets chest hair and above is fine)
• Buttocks or butt cracks
• Sexual poses (whether clothed, or naked)
• Alcoholism or misinformation/irresponsibile use of Alcohol
• Guns (including paint-guns)
• Sexual Fetishes (like a foot-fetish)
• Sex toys, lubricants, aphrodisiacs, sexual enhancers, sexual fetish lingerie
• Sexual entertainment (Strip clubs, porn DVDs, adult movie festivals)
• Lewd or sexual language, images featuring legs spread open, touching covered intimate body parts, mimicking sexual positions or movements, dating for general audiences that includes more sexually suggestive imagery
• Opioid and any medicine on this list: Unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements
• Weight-loss pills or related to it.
• Abortion-related downloads
• Violent language, gruesome or disgusting imagery, or graphic images or accounts of physical trauma
• Realistic births

Doesn't need to be tagged:

• Alcohol bottles or drinking poses
• Tobacco and soft-drugs (such as light painkillers)
• Over-the-counter medicine. For opioid it's probably good to label it as NSFW though.
• Gambling & Casinos (as long as this doesn't promote minors to gamble)
• Birth control
• Lingerie that doesn't show any nipples or genitalia

My upload was set to NSFW? Why?

It's possible that the Ad provider gave us a heads up that the download violates the guidelines (which our guidelines are based off). Instead of deleting the upload, we instead want to label these downloads as an NSFW, where advertisements aren't present and the download can still live on! :)
