Slower Motive Decay (The Sims Complete Collection)
This is a global mod. It slows down the needs of all sims and on all lots. Only four has been changed: Energy, Comfort, Bladder and Hygiene.
I have tested this in The Sims Complete Collection only (This is important). I don't know whether older versions use exactly the same file version.
All important details are in the zip file. Please read the instructions in each one of the two folders that you find there.
Two folders:

It contains two versions: One for fast testing purposes and modifies only energy decay. The other one is the one you can use in a normal gameplay.

In addition: there is a "Testing object" (a painting) that you can use to see the values for Energy, Comfort, Bladder and Hygiene of your selected Sim.
